About

MADReadingMary Ann Davidson is the Chief Security Officer at Oracle Corporation and has testified on cybersecurity in front of several committees of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. Among other awards, Mary Ann was named one of Information Security’s top five “Women of Vision.”
A resident of Halley, Idaho and living part-time in San Francisco, Mary Ann enjoys: Nordic skiing and practicing Hawaiian with her Siberian Husky, Koa; hiking the Sawtooth mountains; and surfing in Northern California and Hawai’i. Mary Ann has worked for several Silicon Valley companies and served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps, where she saw no combat unless you count fending off drunken aviators at the Officers’ Club.

DianepixDiane Davidson worked for over twenty years at Marriott International in corporate strategy and information technology planning. Prior to joining Marriott, Diane was an independent consultant in commercial real estate development and worked for a small consulting company. She attained the rank of LCDR in the U.S. Navy, which posted her to Hawai’i. (It was a tough job, but someone had to go).
Diane lives in the Washington D.C. metro area and when not writing her brains out, enjoys playing soccer, biking, running, walking her mini-Schnauzer Scallywag, and relocating the pesky chipmunks terrorizing her garden.
